Refund Policy

Effective: July 8, 2026

Before your pack is generated: full refund, no questions, within 14 days of purchase — email support@skydebt.app from the address used at checkout with your receipt.

After your pack is generated: the product has been delivered, but we'd rather fix a problem than keep an unhappy customer's $12 — email us within 14 days and tell us what went wrong; if the documents were defective or materially not as described, we'll refund you.

How refunds arrive: to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

A request: please contact us before opening a card dispute — we resolve almost everything faster than a chargeback does.

Not refundable: outcomes. We sell documents, not results; an airline denying or ignoring a claim is not a defect in the documents.
